We specialize in smaller, traditional homes that are deeply rooted in the charm of the area. Cape May County holds a special place in our hearts – it’s been a cherished destination for our family for over 100 years, and we’re committed to keeping that legacy alive for future generations.

Our motto, Welcome Home, guides everything we do. The Shell Cottages are not just rentals; whether you are staying with us for a weekend, a week, or for years, it is your home. Welcome Home!

Let’s Break Some Rules

A Jersey Shore Rental is a bare-bones house rental

We provide bed linens and bath and beach towels. We stock our homes with enough essentials to last for your entire stay because buying toilet paper shouldn’t be on your vacation fun list.

Rule One

The last day of your vacation is spent with a bucket and a mop

Our cleaning team makes sure each home is spic-and-span for each guest, so you can spend that last morning with a bucket and shovel at the beach.

Rule Two

Properties are owned by out-of-towners and managed by someone else

We are local, year-round residents of Cape May County. This community is our home, and we want our guests to have the best experiences here so they love it as much as we do.
